We take great pride in the quality of our mangoes. Every mango is checked for appearance and maturity before packing. We focus on consistency, integrity, and eating satisfaction.
If you receive mangoes that do not meet our quality standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: If mangoes arrive damaged, spoiled, or significantly below our quality standards
- Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what was ordered
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete
- Delivery Issues: If delivery fails due to our error (incorrect address provided by customer is not eligible)
Note: Natural variations in size, color, and ripeness are normal and do not qualify for refunds. Mangoes are natural products and may vary slightly from batch to batch.

- Orders cancelled after dispatch
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we generally do not require returns. In cases where a refund is approved, we may request photos for verification. Physical returns may be requested only in specific circumstances, which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
