By placing an order with RatnaSwaad Mangoes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Ordering Terms
Order Process
Orders are placed through WhatsApp communication. When you contact us:
- We will share available mango quantities for the week
- You confirm the quantity and delivery details
- Orders are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the final price before processing your order.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- Mumbai: Local delivery (24-48 hours) and in-store pickup available
- Pune: Express courier delivery (48-72 hours)
Delivery Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery address and contact information
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
- Inspecting the delivery upon receipt
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or unavailability at the delivery location.
Product Quality
We take great care in selecting and packing our mangoes. However, as natural products:
- Mangoes are subject to natural variations in size, color, and ripeness
- We pack only mangoes that meet our quality standards
- Mangoes should be consumed within the recommended timeframe
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for quality-related concerns
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated during order confirmation. We accept various payment methods as discussed during order placement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (natural disasters, transportation issues, etc.)
